What is a CSA?
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture.
A CSA connects families directly with local farmers through a seasonal subscription. Members receive a weekly farm share filled with fresh, locally grown produce and other farm products while helping support local agriculture.
Instead of buying food that has traveled hundreds or even thousands of miles, CSA members enjoy food harvested close to home and build a direct relationship with the people who grow it.
Why does joining a CSA benefit me?
Joining Hanover Market CSA means:
Access to fresh, locally grown produce
Support for local farmers and small businesses
Seasonal variety and discovery of new foods
Greater transparency about where your food comes from
Reduced food miles and environmental impact
Convenient weekly pickup at the farm
Most importantly, you'll know exactly where your food comes from and who grew it!
What else do I get as a CSA member?
CSA members are more than customers; they are Farm Partners.
As a Farm Partner, you'll enjoy access to farm amenities and exclusive member benefits throughout the season.
